连续式超细磨球磨机是我司基于陶瓷用全连续式球磨机系统的工艺原理之上研发的,并成功应用于锆英砂从原料颗粒到浆料的湿式超细研磨。
成品锆英砂的浆料细度一般为D50至DN97<0.9-0.92μm,细度均达10000目以上。连续式硅酸锆超细磨制浆系统包含连续式球磨机,配
料喂料仓、电子皮带杆、自动球石添加机、定量加水装置,自动润滑系统,实时流量计,地下浆池,浆料输送系统、控制系统、数据中心
等,各设备问通过控制系统联动控制,且能实现智能化、自动化生产,基本实现无人操作。
Continuous ultrafine grinding ball mill is based on the process principle of the full continuaus ball mill system for ceramics devel-
oped by our company, and successfully applied to the wet ultrafine grinding of zircon sand from raw material particles to slurry.The
slurry fneness of the fnished zircon sand is generally D50 to DN97=0.9-0.92μm, and the fneness is mare than 10,000 mesh. Contin-
uous zirconium silicate uitrafne pulping system includes continuous ball mill, batcher feeding bin, electronic belt scale,automatic
ball stone adding machine, quantitative water adding device, automatic lubrication system, real-tme flow meter, underground slurry
tank, slurry conveying system, control system, data center, etc. each equipment is cantralled by the cantral system, and can realize
intelligent and automatic production. Basicaly realize unmanned operation.
